1. Introduction

Welcome to Zantara. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Zantara website, mobile application, and the services provided therein. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. User Accounts

To use most aspects of our services, you must register for and maintain an active personal user account. You must be at least 18 years of age to obtain an account.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to maintain the security and secrecy of your account username and password.
• You may not authorize third parties to use your account.

3. Services Overview

Zantara constitutes a technology platform that enables users to arrange and schedule transportation and logistics services with independent third-party providers. Zantara itself does not provide transportation or logistics services and is not a transportation carrier.

4. Payment Terms

Use of the platform may result in charges to you for the services you receive. Zantara will facilitate your payment of the applicable charges on behalf of the third-party provider as such provider's limited payment collection agent. Charges will be inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zantara shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage related to, in connection with, or otherwise resulting from any use of the services.
