To book a ride, simply go to the Ride tab on our website or open the Zantara app. Enter your pickup and drop-off locations, choose your preferred vehicle type (Bike, Auto, or Cab), review the estimated fare, and click "Book Ride".

Navigate to the Parcel section. Provide the pickup address, the recipient's delivery address, and a brief description of the package. Select the vehicle type appropriate for your package size and confirm the booking. Our partner will pick it up securely.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be redirected to a live tracking screen. You can view the real-time location of your driver on the map, along with their ETA and contact details.

We accept Cash, UPI, and major Credit/Debit cards. If you face any billing issues or are charged incorrectly, please use the 'Contact Support' section below to raise a ticket. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
